I’m a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and the founder of Confidently Clear Coaching.

I created my coaching practice because I have experienced firsthand the power of coaching that has transformed the lives of my clients and my own, and I want to contribute to a better world one clear-minded, empowered person at a time.

I believe my role as a coach is ultimately to love and believe in you. That is, I give you unconditional love and positive regard no matter what you say or do, providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I also believe in the innate ability and strengths that each one of us possess to find answers from within and pursue our true desires.

Before I launched my own coaching practice, I spent two decades leading public relations and communications programs globally at some of the world’s biggest corporations like consulting giant Accenture, India’s #1 IT company Tata Consultancy Services, and top-tier PR agency FleishmanHillard.

I have media-trained senior executives, led global teams, and launched big projects. Like many of you, I have also navigated corporate reorganizations, challenging bosses, and job burnout, all while managing the expectations of my own and others to achieve success in my career and life.

I have coached dozens of global professionals to find new perspectives, meaning and progress in their work and life. I am eager to help more smart, talented and conscientious people express their gifts and find joy and peace at work. I know in my heart that that not only helps them live a more fulfilling life but creates a positive ripple effect within their families, teams, organizations and communities at large.

I am also a certified yoga instructor, workplace chair yoga evangelist, and cycling enthusiast. I love moving my body, exploring the world, learning languages, and studying human minds.
